Here, I have included details such as my magazine name, how many group members and solo artist there will be (4 members, 1 solo artist), my name is shown so that I take total responsibility of my magazines production.
Potential aspects that could be a hazard to my models, public and props have been ticked and I have followed up with a solution e.g photo shoot room so that weather is not an issue.
