Pop:
Bright colours
Colloquial language
Informal register
The questions that have been asked are bubbly and hold a light hearted tone
You have bold and capitalised names
The language used shows a fun tone which is used to launch them into the pop market
The stereotypical language of the teenage age demographic is appropriate through words like star stuck and splash.
Informal language which is ironic and conventional connotations to alternative rock e.g "Wild."
Factual interview because of strap line interest.
The conventional language e.g "outrageous behaviour." is associated with alternative rock.
Pop and Rock both use the same type of layout e.g drop caps but the colours are dark and the pink is much darker pink so it has the alternative rock edge.
Alternative rock also values female leads which subverts the rock genre which creates a new market through the alternative edge.
The context is a factual information but what segregates each section is the questions followed by facts about the artist journey. This also improves the layout and makes navigation easier.
Again the language launches the artist style which will be valued by the intended target audience.
To increase interest the context uses media advertised accusations which makes the factual more entertaining. This will adhere to the age demographics of 15-30 years which will also have age appropriate context/ language.
