Before our Reigns: Props/ Costume choice
The use of props and costumes creates connotation association from the intended target audience so I have used props that would create a new pop band edge. Band instruments are conventional to rock magazines but for the new "age" of pop, bands like the Vamps and 5 Seconds of summer use instruments as part of their act. I want to use all aspects of mise en scene to represent the genre and to make my models feel more comfortable in the role of a music artist.
